SITCA will be holding our conference and AGM on May 8-9, 2024 in Vernon. The field session will take place on May 8, and the office session/AGM will be on May 9 at the Prestige Vernon Hotel (Not the Prestige Lodge). We hope you can join us as we help build the knowledge and skills of timber cruisers in BC.
Please have your WCB# ready for the registration as we are required to confirm coverage.

Head up the King Edward FSRM East of Vernon
At 4km, Turn left onto Brewer Road - There are private properties on either side of the road for a bit, so just be aware of that as you drive.
Around 6.5km keep right onto Bolton Road
After the 8km board, hang left and keep driving on that road until you reach the google pin (Our Muster Area)
Parking: There is a cutblock past our mustering area with a large turnaround area. Please park in the cutblock first, and when we have run out of room we will get people to turn around at the muster location and park down the road we drove up on.
As with previous SITCA events, you will have a nametag in the muster location that you will use to identify your group and it will also be your ticket to get food that evening at the Prestige.
